Refund policy
At Lune, we value your satisfaction and strive to make your shopping experience seamless. Since all our transactions are Cash on Delivery (COD), please read our refund and exchange policy carefully:
Refund Policy:
- Eligibility: Refunds are available within 5 days of receiving the product.
- Conditions:
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with tags intact.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or delivery confirmation) is required.
- Process:
- Contact our customer support team at info@lune.com.co to initiate the refund.
- We will coordinate with you to arrange the return of the item.
- Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we will issue a cash refund at the agreed-upon time and location.
- Please note: Delivery fees (4$) and a service fee (10$) will be deducted from the refund amount.
Exchange Policy:
- Eligibility: Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Conditions:
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, and include proof of purchase.
- Process:
- Contact our support team info@lune.com.co to request an exchange.
- We will coordinate the collection of the item and delivery of the replacement. Shipping fees may apply.
- Delivery fees (4$) and a service fee (10$) will apply.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@lune.com.co with your order details and photos of the damage. We will arrange for an exchange or replacement at no additional cost to you.
Important Notes:
- Items purchased on sale or through special promotions are not eligible for exchange or refund.
- Custom or personalized items are not eligible for exchange.
- The customer is responsible for ensuring the product is returned securely.
